e-REGOS HITRO.HR service is intended for all persons obliged to submit R-Sm Form.

The service enables:

- online submission of electronically signed R-Sm Form to the REGOS system at FINA,
- online download of the Specification Errors file on calculated contributions per insured persons,
- download of Overview of Non-Associated R-S/R-Sm Forms, payments, i.e. refund of contributions.

Advantages of e-REGOS service are manifold:

- possibility of submitting R-Sm Form 24/7, without leaving your office,
- time-saving: needless to visit the FINA counter,
- space-saving: no paper documentation, all receipts and forms are in electronic form and may be stored on a computer or CD.

In order to access the e-REGOS service, you are required to own a smart card reader and FINA e-card, by which you electronically sign the file containing the data on the R-Sm Form.

The use of the application is simple, easy-to-survey and tailored to suit any category of users.

Requirement for the use of application: Possibility of formatting data in an appropriate form for submission on a magnetic media or electronically, whose contents and format are prescribed by the Ordinance on the R-Sm Form.

If you do not dispose of the application for file formatting, we recommend that you use free software available at www.regos.hr.

Technical preconditions: Internet access, web browser Internet Explorer 5.5SP2 or 6.0 (or higher version), pdf format viewer, JAVA 1.3.1 (or higher version - recommendation 1.4.2-08),Installed programs from the installation CD (mandatorily follow the user instructions from the package when installing the program)
