Registration of newly established companies
This service allows you to obtain, through the HITRO.HR office, a Notification of Classification from the Central Bureau of Statistics for the following types of newly established companies: joint-stock company, limited liability company, simple limited liability company, economic interest association, foreign branch, public company, limited partnership, credit union, cooperative federation, sports joint-stock company, institution, cooperative, community of institutions, other person for whom registration is prescribed by law.
To register in the Register of Business Entities, it is necessary to submit to the HITRO.HR office a commercial court decision on the registration of the newly established company in the court register and a certificate of OIB for the newly established company. On this occasion, you will receive and fill out the RPS form required to obtain a Notification of Classification of a Business Entity according to the National Classification of Activities of the Central Bureau of Statistics (assignment of a registration number and main activity code).
Upon receiving the above documentation, HITRO.HR will obtain a Notification from the Central Bureau of Statistics for you electronically within one business day.
Registration of changes in existing companies
The changes that are registered in the Register of Business Entities are as follows:
- change of company name,
- change of registered office and address,
- change of activity,
- change of legal organizational form.
To initiate the procedure for registering changes to existing companies that are already registered in the Register of Business Entities, it is necessary to submit to the HITRO.HR office a historical extract with the recorded change, issued and certified by a commercial court or a notary public, which must not be older than 30 days. After submitting the above documentation, you will receive an RPS form for signature, which is required for registering the change of business entity in the Register of Business Entities at the Central Bureau of Statistics.
Upon receiving the above documentation, HITRO.HR will obtain a Notification of the registered changes from the Central Bureau of Statistics for you electronically within seven working days.
Registration of deletion of a business entity
To carry out the procedure of deleting a business entity from the Register of Business Entities, it is necessary to submit to the HITRO.HR office a historical extract with the recorded change, certified by a commercial court or notary public (not older than 30 days). On this occasion, you will receive and sign the RPS form, which is required to obtain a Notification of Deletion of Business Entities.
Upon receiving the above documentation, HITRO.HR will obtain a Notice of Deletion of a Business Entity from the Central Bureau of Statistics electronically within seven working days, if the data entered in the court register matches the data entered in the Register of Business Entities at the Central Bureau of Statistics.
Transcript of a previously issued Notice on Classification of a Business Entity
For your needs, you can submit a Request for a Transcript of a previously issued Notice on Classification of the Central Bureau of Statistics to the HITRO.HR offices, which will be delivered to your fax or address if the data entered in the court register matches the data entered in the Register of Business Entities at the Central Bureau of Statistics.
